drowsy

I recently had surgery on a broken collarbone & had to spend a fair amount of time laying around, recuperating, sleeping.  So I decided to make a mix that would work well with Percocet & Vicodin.

I've produced other sleep mixes before, "I fell asleep at my desk making this mix", "slo mo", "slow & sleepy", and have often relied on them for nighttime listening.  Of course most of the mixes found here could work as "sleep" mixes.

This new mix, "drowsy", fits right in with those others.  It's a soothing mix of drones & synth washes that will put anyone to sleep.

Sorry to hear about the collar bone hope your up and about soon. I dont know if you do requests, but could I tempt you into a Made in Iceland mix? or a Scandinavian ambient mix? Just a thought.

Take care and get well soon

All the best and thanks for the mix

Ah, I love it. Very peaceful. I listen to the most ambient of ambient when the kids go to bed. Hope your dong better. How can I submit one of my mixes to you?

Glad the mix is having the desired effect. Probably the best way to submit a mix would be to send it via a service like yousendit.com. Or if you can upload it somewhere & then provide me with a download link. Or if you have a different way of sending large files.

Looking forward to hearing your mix.

Cool, I'll get right to it. I have some shorter mixes (30 minutes or less). I'll have to put something really great together and put together some artwork. I'll have something for you next month.

tonepoet,

looking forward to hearing your stuff!

Kevin,

Great idea on the Icelandic mix! I've started collecting tracks. Do you have any particular tunes or artists in mind?

That sculpture is a piece done by Joe McCreary that was displayed at the University of Alabama in 2009. His name is Goldie.
